Duric Hildebrand

Duric is a key figure in the Smithing community. He considers himself the rival of Kalbum, with Kalbum being the smith of Overgrowth whilst Duric prefers to be free smith. There is talk that he may be looking to set up an independent Metalsmith's guild, working on not just weapons but a unified guild of all metalwork.
Duric himself is a master of his work, but he is proud too. If you break anything he forges, you better be prepared to feel his Ire. Should you drop a sword he makes to the ground, be prepared to feel his hammer on scoop your legs from under you whilst you hear a gruff "How do you like been dropped?". Such is his ways. He has every reason to be proud though, he is slow, methodical, but pure in his smithing. He will never sell anything with any faults, even only superficial faults, not that he allows many faults to form.
