The Council of the Rivers meets for the First time.

50 years after the War of the ancients starts the Realms of Avalon, Thaellon, Order of the Phoenix, and the Gate Keepers meet with the Three houses that have been doing their best to protect the Socrates Forest from the Black moon and Black Legion empires to sign an alliance with the three houses. This became known as the River of Council because they met where the Socrates River and Tigress River conjoin together. This place would become known as the City of Babylon eventually.
