Vespasian Riders
With constant defeats to the hands of the Gatekeepers. Leadership of the Silver Hearts clan concerned about their dwindling numbers, sent out scouts to find out the secret of the Stewarts of YonZora. Silver Hearts scouts polymorphed into elven scouts and infiltrated the Gate Keepers where they learned about the bonding process that the dragon eggs were forming with there riders and populating the Stewarts of YonZaro. With this knowledge they reported back to the leadership where the search was on for suitable races that keep their population growing. Two years of research they settled on the Humans of the Black Legion empires, and the Moon Elves of the Black Moon empire who had the same attitude and desires they had. These bonds formed the Vespasian Riders and the Phantom Riders.
Structure
The Vespasian Riders were led by the Governor of Soteropolis Abraham Harker at the time of there defeat to King Arthur the IX in the Battle of Soteropolis. This battle led to extinction of the dragons and the disbanding of the dragon riders from both side of the war.
