One of the most powerful essence fairies, honeypot spirits never travel alone. Flocks of these golden specks travel through magical currents, bringing life and rejuvenation wherever they go. Their name comes from a practically unspoilable staple of many cuisines.

Many witches keep flocks of spirits stored in jars kept around their homes. The mere presence of these spirits keep them young and full of life. Honeypot spirits are components of many potions, their duplication abilities making them a handy resource for potion witches to keep on hand.

Honeypot spirits feel no emotion, no happiness nor sadness. They simply live out their lives to serve one purpose - rejuvenate and duplicate. Once a spirit has duplicated itself their lifespan shortens, only lasting a few more hours. Before the point of duplication, honeypot spirits may survive for thousands of years. Duplication happens instantaneously, with no warning nor anticipation.
