Masquerading as the Shadowfell, this pocket dimension appears like a grey, cold desert, featureless and empty. However, there is more to it than just absence of life...
Geography
The pocket dimension is completely empty and seems to stretch on infinitely in all directions. It is covered in fine, grey sand, underneath which is naked, undead flesh that reacts violently to being damaged and appears to mend itself over time.
While the plane is empty upon first arrival, it will quickly populate with illusions based on its victim's psychological weaknesses. It will also feed upon any corpses left on its grounds and assimilate them into the flesh.
Fauna & Flora
Aside from the illusions, there is no life in this dimension. Whatever mirages it produces, have mass and are able to physically harm victims. The flesh itself will often form tendrils to either lash out, or attach to corpses for feeding purposes.
