The Council

The Council is co-chaired by Sylas and Edyn. Sylas and Edyn are directly in charge of Xynite citizens and their Boards of Choice. Together, the duo chooses seven elite Xynites every seventy months who serve as Alters to ensure ‘eternal choice’.
