Vladvada

The legends say this city of Cossacks is home to blood suckers. They travel across the cold mountains and have traveled over seas. They are more numerous on the eastern side of Xumlandia but can be found anywhere.
They are considered to be among the best fighters - after Masadans of course, and are often seen as supernatural.
