The Great Volcano

The Great Volcano is the center of Kapetapec and a reference point for all Citizens of Kapetapec . Areas to the East of the volcano are referred to as "Kapetapecan" while areas to the west are refernced as "of Kapetapec."
All maps from the reigon are centered around this location. It is the highest and largest point on the Kapetapecan Rift which divides the Coastal Sea from the Great Ocean. The island is full of caverns, chambers and vents which are the result of multiple eruptions and lava flows of the past.
The volcano is extremely active and regularly spews nutrient latent ash to parts of the island.
