Shika Weiss

Shika Respiro Weiss was born as the last of 19 children in a family that served as the governing body of Winter Queen Titania's military affairs. 

Many generations before his own birth, an ancestor of his met Titania when he was critically wounded during a battle of The Winter March. When his ancestor awoke in The White Kingdom, Titania offered him a position leading her armies as well as a newfound power over the control of White Magick . However, his ancestor would have to allow his descendants to be born into this same caste: a powerful, magickal Knight; bound in service to The Queen of the Fey. Shika's ancestor took the deal, blessing him with a body thrumming with divine light, at the cost of knowing he is never free of The Fey Queen's gaze.
