Godstone
When a powerful act of Divine Magick is enacted, it can sometimes stain the nearby world where the spell took place with the energy of whichever Deity's will was channeled. As the mere presence of a being such as one of The Twelve Pillars of Creation is enough to completely destroy a mortal, loose leaves or bark rarely survive direct exposure to intense Divine Magick either. However, the rocks that litter the natural world are much more likely to absorb some portion of that celestial residue and maintain some semblance of it's composure. When a magically charged rock or other object survives a nearby invocation of Divine Magick and retains some charge of a Divine Being's power as a result, that object is referred to as a Godstone.
In the construction of Luxari by The Cult of Science, Godstones were collected and "Purified" so that they could be used as artificial hearts in these new mortal beings.
