The Original
The Goddess Rex is the legendary progenitor of the large fey family who use her chosen identity as their surname. She is a born daeva, one of the first to ever walk the human realm. For centuries she wreaked havoc on the lands, fighting anyone and anything that stepped into her path, growing stronger in power. Then just before she was forced to Ascend, she stopped fighting altogether and carved her legacy permanently onto the realm...in the form of children.
Rex is everything her many descendents take after her for. She's aggressive, egotistical, and vain. With her only goal having been to leave a piece of herself behind after she was gone, she was never a particularly good mother. Her relationship with Eir, her first-born, is nearly nonexistent. Aranwen, who was the first to proudly carry on the family name, did so because she respected that her lineage was a powerful one, not because she was proud of her mother. But despite her terrible traits, Rex is a charismatic figure. Anyone who has ever met her isn't likely to forget her.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
From her thousands of years of living, Rex's body has gone through transformations one after the other. She's lost limbs, fingers, and toes and gained them all back again. She's had her teeth knocked out of her skull, had her hair in every style and color imaginable, and physically implanted things in her body only to rip them out when she tires of them. But like most ancient beings, Rex most often likes to appear in prime physical fitness. Flawless and unscathed, which is more of a tell of power for her than scars.
Facial Features
Three crimson diamonds embedded into the skin on her forehead; One larger in the middle, with two smaller diamonds on either side. The gems are not a feature Rex was born with.
Rex also has both of her ears pierced, three in her right ear and four in her left. Each piercing signifies 100 kills, a competition started with one of her rivals long ago. When her competitor was killed, Rex stopped giving herself piercings.
