Soresun is one of the 7 Luminare Deities of Xaedia, he is the God of truth and fate.
Soresun was borne of Somnovus, the Lady of Eternal Sleep saw that though death came to all, fate was an entirely different entity and created a new God to oversee it.
Though fate is Soresun's primary domain, he is also the God of truth, being borne of Somnovus he knows the truth of life is to die and sews truth where he can, weeding out lies and deceit throughout Xaedia.   Those who follow Soresun are as diverse as the Gods themselves. Often they are those that accept fate, the truth of death and what awaits them, or they are those who wish to dodge what fate has in store for them, seeking to change a pre-determined end, or they are those searching for a new start, travellers, adventurers or criminals who have left an old life to start anew. Followers of Soresun are also those seeking truth, often followers of Sapredia also ally themselves with Soresun and his domain of truth.
Soresun is traditionally depicted in one of two forms; either that of an old man, decrepit and haggard with a large hooded cloak and no eyes or that of a young man, sprightly and handsome with bright pink eyes somewhat too large for his face. One factor that remains between both forms is the cats' cradle of pink thread that he twines and twirls between his fingers.
