Neriana Veltevina (neh-ree-ah-na vell-veh-tee-na)

Neriana is the oldest of The Bright Council and has served an impressive 7 terms as a Councilwoman throughout her long life. This will be her last term, as Council members may only serve a total of a 10th of their life span. She is as wise as her years would expect, having seen much of Xaedia and its progress in her lifetime. She serves more as an advisor to The Bright Council and the other members, using her experience and knowledge to aid them and prevent history from repeating itself.
