Antiochian Monarchial Republic

The Government of Antioch was revolutionary when they proposed it way back during the early Age of Lords. Now, it's spread to Cervoya and Uirsgeul, and has been modified to more of an Monarchial Oligarchy in Yugawa. 
In the case of Yugawa, they have adapted the system so that the Shogun can propose actions that the Daimyo under them must then vote on.

Structure

In the system of government, there are two branches: Propositional and Decisional.
The Propositional branch is the Antiochian royal family. They are led by the King or Queen, their children all being princes and princesses. Technically any member of the royal family is allowed to appear in the Senate and make a proposition for discussion, but only the King or Queen can make a declaration that must be voted on.
The Decisional branch, is the Senate. All members of the Senate are elected officials, charged with discussing and voting on the matters of state. The Senators elect a Primus and Arbiter. The Primus is allowed to make propositions on the behalf of the Senate, allowing them to vote on issues they deem important, even if the monarch didn't make a declaration. The Arbiter, meanwhile, is the tie breaker.
