The Roses

A drug cartel which operates primarily in Lovinas Island. Lead by Fairthrough Roseheart, their base of operations - known as "The Garden" - is a series of interconnected slums thick with smoke from various drugs. Typically recognized by the rose broach all members wear over their hearts.
