Summer Shores Government

Although Mavos and Drury are both technically ruled by The Magister, the Magister has next to no interest in the goings on of Drury and tends to focus solely on Mavos and The Grand College. Because of this, Drury - and the remainder of the Summer Shores - is unofficially ruled by a collection of Magnates, known as the Group of Nine, who run trade and help enforce laws throughout the city.
