Seafoam

A neighbourhood in Trishampor, Seafoam was once a fishing village. Sitting on a rocky outcrop near the southern edge of the city, it was once a small collection of scattered huts with footpaths connecting them. As time passed, and as more space was required for the growing city, more buildings were constructed along the inside core of the outcrop. Gradually the neighbourhood became less and less a fishing village and more a central Boulevard surrounded by fishing families.

One day, one of the newcomers decided to paint their home a brightly coloured red. The following day, their neighbours admired it and decided to paint their own residences as brightly. This spread throughout the neighbourhood, until the entire Boulevard became a patchwork of various, brightly coloured buildings.

Today, Seafoam is a popular location for wealthy newlyweds to visit. The vibrantly coloured structures and sunset over the Brightwater provide a romantic backdrop for many honeymooners and vacationers. Many of the old fishing huts have been remodelled into secluded hideaways away from the bustling neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood is also popular among the unmarried, as its reputation for romance and love also extends to the superficial kind. Several brothels and escort services can be found along the boulevard, which are frequented primarily by the many sailors and traders passing through the city.
