Long Wall

Because of how the Estalian shore is not perfectly W-E, while their roads are, the southeastern section of the Fourth Wall as a larger-than-typical gap between towers. This section, known as the Long Wall, is a popular location for those seeking to avoid the gaze of The Silver Legion. The road immediately below the wall (E 112th) is covered with an open-air market which sells  items that the Estalian government doesn't approve of by people not approved to sell. The market itself is relatively harmless, however, the couple of blocks immediately away from the wall are typically hubs for major criminal activity in Estalia.
