Good Spirits

It is a tradition in the more eastern parts of Aedan, particularly around Fort Ruby, to drink strong alchohol during each meal. The belief behind this is that good spirits will help keep away the bad spirits from Ostrangard. It is common practice in many families to brew their own spirits, with some families arguing which is the best amongst them. Family recipes are closely kept secrets, and are typically handed down from generation to generation.
