Bonekeeper
Ostrangardians have known for a very long time that dead bodies are extremely dangerous things to keep nearby. Whether it being fears of hauntings by Those Left Behind or of humans and monsters seeking fresh meat, care is needed for finding where the deceased should be kept. As such, when an Ostrangardian dies, rather than being immediately buried or cremated, their body is often given to a Bonekeeper. These wandering traders accept the bodies of the deceased (plus a small sum, of course), and carry and either bury or burn the body a safe distance away. This helps reduce interactions with monsters - as the attractant is moved far away - as well as confusing any potential ghosts, zombies, or ghouls from being able to return home.
A bonekeeper's cart is typically chaotic, serving both as a house and a hearse. They are traditionally covered in arcane and religious runes, which are to both protect the driver and its contents from attackers, as well as preserve the body and spirit of it's passengers.
Payment for the bonekeeper is required before they take the body, which is more than willingly provided by the family or community. There are many stories of bonekeeper's being spurned of their fee, for them to turn around and leave their other passengers around the community, resulting it any number of hauntings and monsters attacks.
