Mikkah Summors is the daughter of A'Talah Smith and Kumar Summors born and raised in the city of Detroit Michigan.
Since she was young, Mikkah has lived by her mother's creed to "burn brighter, hotter, and stronger every day." Even before gaining her powers, Mikkah was a headstrong, proud, and motivated young girl with a passion to change the world.
From her parents she inherited her mother's passion for justice and her mindset of being the hero the world needs you to be, her father gave her his iron will drive, and commitment. Mik herself is a high-energy ambivert who loves to have a good time either hanging out with friends, investigating criminal activity with her mother, fighting it directly with Qlik, working her multitude of fill gigs, or band practice.
Mikkah, or Mik, has lived her whole life in the shadow of her DemiHuman mother A'Talah, who serves as a Matriarch of the city.

Over the course of the series she undergoes plenty of hair, piercing, and tattoo changes but her most identifying feature is always her artistic hairstyle and colors.

Personal history
Daughter and oldest child to the interracial Summors family, Mikka has been cursed with an interesting life. Her parents were both involved in the Flash War and the transition to civilian life was rough on the family, being one of the many that fell through the cracks of the Panoply run government. Mik's mother became a police officer while Mik's father became a chef. The two worked an opposite schedule however Mikka's mother would have to work nights and Mik would be left to herself. Mik had a knack for finding her way into troublesome situations, and wanting to be like her mother, Mik would often try to end whatever trouble was starting. She gained the reputation of a bully's bully in school often getting herself in situations that she couldn't handle but still took the challenge head on. When she was 15 years old she activated her powers, finding a tear in the celestial threads and unconsciously fusing it to her aura through touching it. She awoke in the hospital with her aura activated and able to channel Whiameric energy to herself. She began to practice her powers whenever she had time alone, she found it rough early goings. Her powers were very energy consuming, however Mik herself was a rather emotional person and slightly impatient person, making bioenergy control a struggle. This was a struggle for her into her early adult life exacerbating the amount of effort her already costly abilities took to cast. After a year of practice the impatient Mik would take to the streets with what little powers she had mastered, and after some painful early lessons, she was able to assume the role of a competent neighborhood crime stopper under the identity of Nova. She had a few run ins with Phalanx scouts and quickly learned she needed to hide her powers and train more. Aside from weeks here or there Mik stayed in underground training for the next two years not returning to the role of vigilante until her 18th birthday, this time in a new identity of Stellarknight. With more training against a weaker opposition Stellarknight became a local hero in Pontiac over the years. It didn't take long for the young hero to become a Phalanx target once more and after a year of trying to expose Phalanx with her boyfriend Jamal Ali Reza Suhdar she decided to "train him". She returned back underground and trained Jamal and the two become a formidable team. The two reemerged to the streets and Phalanx responded with assigning them both with a kill order. The two remained in operation able to fight off the early teams sent after them. With rather perfect timing the group would meet a fellow crime fighting demihuman Conner Tinnaire and the three would grow to become a close knit group of friends and crime fighters known as Qlik. After time the kill order was quietly rescinded and reverted back to a capture if possible order.

- Mikka has held plenty of jobs since her first. Photography has become one of her longest-tenured.
- She currently works as an independent photographer for hire. Due to her mother's work, she also has been given crime scene photographer training and often works with the department on jobs. She also lends her skills to Jamal acting as his photographer on investigations. During off time between jobs, she works as a "gig filler", or a substitute for unskilled worked jobs that can be contracted for a shift(s) at short notice.
