Alexander Tuem
Alexander Tuem was a Kelestian War Hero during the first Civil War. After coming back to life he's determined to finish the fight against the Divines' he started as the mastermind behind the second Civil War. By leading both the Outlanders and Valor, he was able to carry out his plan to overthrow Kelestia. His plan is to infiltrate the Outlanders by using Bakyr as a plant to slowly gain influence and trust. While also making his presence known to Quray, his last living squad mate from the war, so they can begin to radicalize the people of Kelestia. When he grows confident in the power of the Outlanders and his discontent sowed in Kelestia, he informs Kelestia {through remote channels} of powerful ancient weapons & relics hidden lost in the lands outside the Frontier. This pushes Kelestian operations in that direction causing them to cross into Outlander lands, who he's been priming them to expect an invasion from Kelestia. The Outlanders begin to carry out raids against the Operators causing the Kelestians to ramp up operations and deploy the Military to the area. As the Outlanders would clash with the Kelestians in the Frontier, Alexander would use the more dedicated members of Valor to sabotage the state while using its network of the less dedicated to spreading misinformation to the masses to rile up more citizens. As he predicted the Kelestian government would clamp down on the rights of their citizens, exposing more and more of their dedication to the status quo over any real change. Using the Outlanders' knowledge of why Kelestia is there, to find an ancient super weapon, Alexander is able to use his plants to intensify their efforts against Kelestia in the Frontier. Seeing the Kelestian's reaction to this being the controversial bill that conscripts all Operators and Government abled bodies into the military to fight against the Outlanders, Alexander tells his followers the Divines as beyond saving. The only way for Mortals to be truly liberated is not to replace the Divines on the court they must be killed. Alexander waits for his trap to be set and carries out the Macian Blitz. Now in control of Maciah and Valor and the Outlanders now working together to conquer Kelestia from both sides.
