Jinlin Halfblood is a jubilant dwarf with a large red beard that is twisted into two symmetrical braids. He is almost always drunk, and though he is usually in good spirits, he is quick to anger when he believes that he is being insulted. He started wearing leather armor when he realized that these miscommunications often left him clinging to life on the floor of a nearby temple.

 

Appearance of Establishment

Jinlin Halfblood sells his wares from the back of his wagon which is pulled by his old and trusted draft horse, Swifty. Swifty has seen better days. His greying black hair is often caked with mud and surrounded by flies. In the bed of the wagon, there is a variety of ales and healing potions, and a number of other potions of various colors whose effects remain to be seen. These non-descript mystery bottles are piled in a basket with a discount sign beside them. Jinlin Halfblood refuses to tell you what these do but will ensure that you are aware that all sales are final.

Aloe Brew Gain 2d6 Temporary Hit Points for the next 4 hours. 75 gp
JinLin's Magic Missile Drinking this fire whiskey beverage will cause gas to build in your body. As an action, you can expel this gas from your body, sending three glowing gaseous darts towards an enemy of your choice. Each dart deals 1d4 + 1 force damage. There is only one use of this effect, and it must be made within 24 hours of consuming this beverage. 175 gp

Mysterious Bottle, Purple This liquid smells of lavender and vanilla. Though it smells nice when applied as perfume, there is little practical use for this bottle. 1 gp
Mysterious Bottle, Brown Drinking this beverage makes your sink into all types of sand and dirt terrain. For the next hour, your movement speed it halved when traversing sand for dirt terrain. 20 gp
Mysterious Bottle, Aquamarine Upon drinking this beverage, you will only be able to breathe underwater. If you are not in water, you will begin to suffocate. These effects will last for 1 hour. 10 gp
Mysterious Bottle, Beige The liquid in this bottle smells of piss and ink. If consumed, consumer needs to make a DC 10 Constitution Saving Throw, or regurgitate their lunch. 5 gp
