Perkin Hogkettle is a kind hearted halfling with a love for making foods as delicious as possible. He is short and stocky, with short brown hair that twists into curls around his head. The Spiced Rack is a small kiosk that deals in all manner of spices and nuts. The single table that fills the green canopies stall is covered in small bags and vials of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and other spices.
