The Eyes of Newt

Newt Eldu is a young Tortle male, who is surprisingly agile given his large shell. His shell is dark green in color with small flecks of light green and gold. He wears a beret on the top of his head with a purple dragons eye pin fastened to the back of it.
Appearance of Establishment
Newt Eldu sells his goods from a wooden fold-down table that hangs from a strap around his neck. He can often be seen wandering town markets across Volkyr in hopes of selling a few of his rare goods. He is a willing to start a conversation with anyone who makes eye contact with him and doesn't look like law enforcement.
Purchasable Goods:
Newt sells eyes. Some are small, some are large. Some are cat eyes, others are reptilian. They vary in color, from amber to opalescent, but they all do the same thing: An Eye of Newt: When attuned to this item, the user will be able to see what the eye sees. A favorite among thieves and assassins, these small pins can be easily slipped under doors, or stealthy fastened to the back of a servant or soldier passing by. This allows many to see the layout of a location without having set foot in it themselves.
