Gently's Rest

Gently's Rest is a very small settlement south of Goldtown, built primarily as a vacation residence for the Gently noble family. The Gently Western Manor takes p;rime place in the settlement as the most, and only, notable feature of the town.

Ruler

Gently's Rest is managed by Tane Gently, a noble of the senatorial class. However, Tane spends most of his time in Sixpoints, involved in political affairs, and delegates management of the settlement of his steward, Cornwall Camden.

Notable Traits

Tane Gently's mansion stands at the center of the village and can scarcely be missed. Gently's banquets in this home away from home are known the region over, and the smell of cooking pigs, roasting chickens, and baking pies can be smelled from miles around.

Known For

Gently's Rest is known primarily as just the residence Tane Gently vacations to when he needs to separate himself from the senatorial politics of Sixpoints and the Fountain Dominion.

Gently's General

Gently's General is not run by a member of the noble Gentry family, but is named in honor of them by Ruffa, the dwarf who runs the shop. He is a shameless salesmen and an even more shameless lickspittle to the Gently's.
