Ember and Hailey Crowe own and operate Freeze or Burn. The Genasi twins share little in common aside from their skill in magic and their family blood. Ember is a fire Genasi with red skin and orange hair. He is an expert in all things fire; but his trade is in fire related spell scrolls. Hailey is an Ice Genasi with ice blue skin and snow white hair. She deals in all things ice. Together, they often have a collection of fire and ice scrolls.
