Leycora Morgyn is a pink Tiefling with one broken horn and the other dressed up with silver and sapphire jewelry. She has a kind but flighty personality and will often forget what you asked her for, or even the price she quoted you. She has a love for all things water, and can't help but collect jugs of water wherever she goes. If you spend time getting to know her, she may tell you of her brother, Scythin Morgyn, who operates a traveling shop called Your Ask Is Grass. Babblers Brook is operated out of a blue tent that seems to appear in an instance whenever Leycora Morgyn's commands it to. Wherever she sets up her tent, a small mote-like brook forms around the tent. It said that when you stand on the bridge leading to her tent, you can hear the sound of people laughing, talking, and singing.Standard Goods

A vial of this enchanted liquid can be poured into any body of water. When used, the pourer will be alerted to all creatures (choice of hostile or friendly) within 2d10 hundred feet of where the Babblers Bubbly was first poured. The water can only detect creatures located in the water or within 20 feet of the waters edge.
