The Antiquities Session 9: Are you a Vampire? Arcane divinity?

General Summary

Directly proceeding Leront carrying a bleeding, crying Mispira from the prior chamber, the sorcerer gave into the temptation and bit the tiefling wizard, resulting in Nak smacking Leront (Nak healed Mispira), Leront obtaining a nifty new tattoo, radiant damage from the Celestial being protecting Mispira (radiant damage knocked him unconscious, healing hands from Parendor, bite mark disappeared and healed, a message from Celestial being for Mispira) and the party filled with confusion and questions. Leront goes off on his own, attacked by two yuan-ti, knocked out (3 failed Death Saving Throws) and dragged away by them. Heidi to the rescue, with Luther and later Parendor, while Tinika, Nak, and Mispira fight two other yuan-ti (one killed, the other got away). As the rest of the party tried to group up, Luther noticed the shadowy resurrection of Leront as the sorcerer's shadow familiar dragged his master who clung to the wall for support. After Heidi and Parendor finished off the last of the yuan-ti, it was agreed that the party wanted to be done with this place and the decision was made in perfect timing as the blue dragon was in hot pursuit of the group. Luther piggybacked Parendor, who in the spirit of cleverness, used a coin from the dragon horde to distract it successfully. The party huddled in a side passage while the dragon ran by. The party managed to stay quiet and as the dragon passed by again to return to its nest. The party agreed to rest and possibly make sense of recent events.
