The Antiquities Session 10: I can't beleave that worked!

General Summary

Martius 15th
The party snuck past the dragon and took an anxiety-ridden long rest, after which Nak asked Tinika for a mephit core which he used to summon a gargoyle companion, just in time for the dragon to take notice and for it to start its approach. Leront cast Web, which ended up impeding the dragon's ascent to the higher levels of the dungeon as the shorter members of the party are assisted in the opening of the very large and heavy door by none other than Sir Alfred Viken, accompanied by the barbarian paladin and Mispira's ex-lover, "WoundHeart" Kalukigone, who ushered the two through the door into the next room. Mispira is stubborn as heck and won't move near those two persons until Viken forcefully pulls her through after multiple attempts by party members to get her to move. After some time, the dragon managed to make his way up to where the party was and combat ensued, among other things. During such time, Kalukigone sustained a great deal of damage and Zendor appeared, gifting Heidi with some cannonballs (smooch the gift dragon), Heidi's glorious magic missile cannon, an ultimate showdown of men: Zendor vs. Viken, winner: Zendor, Viken is puddle, Kalukigone roasted. Viken is deemed dead and simulacrum, Heidi kills the blue dragon, Nak used 'Spare the Dying' on Kalukigone. Zendor addresses the party, Tinika apologizes for stealing and conversation about missing sister. Mispira is in emotional turmoil over Kalukigone, all the while Leront's shadow friend shows nifty new trick "now you see it, now you don't". We leave off with the party collecting pieces from the blue dragon.
