Anatomy

Azo'thuliths are horrifying amalgamation of the most fearsome creatures of the deep seas known in existence. Towering at a colossal size, it exhibits traits of abominations, a kraken and even an ooze combined into a hidious form. It colossal amalgamation of a body is a semi-translucent yet gelatinous texture. It pulsates with shifting hues of sicky green and purples. Jagged tentacles extend from its gelatinous mass, each tipped with sharp barbs dripping with corrosive acid.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

The head of the creature is a nightmarish fusion because an aboleth and a kraken, and boasts multiple writhing eye stalks protruding from its slimy and elongated face. Their eyes glow with malevolent intelligence, and radiating a sickley greenish light. Serrated teeth line the mouth and they can contort and stretch insanely wide to devour anyone or anything foolish they come across.   Azo'thuliths move with a grace and speed that is terrifying, its massive body ripples through both land and water with ease as it leaves a trail of acidic residue behind. Deep within the core of its form, eldritch powers surge forth, engulfing its form with a crackling dark energy. This energy is harnessed to wield devastating spells and uleash descrutive attacks on its enemies.   If it wasn't hidioues enough the Azo'thulith emits an otherworldly aura, causing the very fabric of the material plane to warp and distor around it to the far deep. Its presence gives an overwhelming sense of power, chaos, and profound disdain for all living beings. This creature is know as the abomination of nature that strikes fear into the hearts of even the most hearty adventurers. It is also known to manifest state to give nightmare to everyone one that sets eyes on it forever.

Due to having gelatinous and amorphous nature, weight is hard to figure out. It is estimated to weigh several tons, the bulk of its mass consisting of the oozing substance that forms its body.

It is hard to measure due to its amorphous and ever-shifting form. It stretches and contorts itself. Its tentacles and appendages extend to great lengths. In its fully extended state, it can span up to 80 feet from one end to another.

There is a legend that speaks of the notorious pirate ship known as the Kraken's Fury, commanded by the fearsome pirate captian, Felix "The Claw" Jones. His crew sought to plunder a fabled treasure said to be hidden within a cursed island.   The pirates were unaware, the island harbored a dark secret. It was a dwelling place for a Azo'thulith. As the pirates arived at the island in the hopes for riches. They were greeted by treacherous waters and an eerie mist that concealed the creature's lair.   The Azo'thulith rose from the depths with malevolent intent. The monstrous abomination, part ooze, part aboleth, and part kraken, unleashed its devastating powers upon the pirate ship. Tentacles wrapped around the vessel, crushing it with their gelatinous grasp. The corrosive acid sprayed from its form, dissolving wood and metal alike, as the crew fought desperately to repel the monstrous assault.   Captain Felix "The Claw" Jones devised a daring plan. He and his crew, unleashed volleys of cannon fire upon the Azo'thulith. causing it to recoil momentairly. Seizing the opportunity, the pirates launched a daring assault team, weilding their cutlasses and pistols against the beast.   A fierce battle ensued, with the pirates clashing against the Azo'thulith writhing tentacles and eldritch powers. The creature, undterred by their assault, retaliated with ferocity. Ultimately, it was Captain Felix "The Claw" Jones himself who managed to strike a decisive blow, severing one of the Azo'thulith's tentacles and claw. Thus giving Captain Felix "The Claw" Jones the nickname "The Claw".   The wounded creature recoiled, sinking back into the depths, its lair becoming its sancturary once more. The pirates, battered but triumphant, salvaged what they could from their shattered ship vowed to never speak of their encounter with the Azo'thulith, fearing the curse it might bring. Thus the name of Captain Felix "The Claw" Jones ship the Kraken's Fury.   Thus, the legend of the Kraken's Fury and its encounter with the Azo'thulith passed into maritime lore, a cautionary tale of the perils that await those who dare to venture into the realm of forbidden powers and ancient monstrosities.
