Structure

There are always three instructors, and they follow the same ranking system as all artisans of Renstrom take for trade skills. The names are changed when working in the kitchen. They modified the terms for Master Artisan, Journeyman/Fellow, Apprentice/Assistant. However, in the kitchen, they are called Head Chef, Sous Chef, Commis Chef.The Head Chef is in charge of designing meals and lesson plans. The Journeyman/Fellow guides the Commis Chef in how to make the meals and teach the students.

Public Agenda

Learn traditional delicacies and have a record of how to reproduce the great flavors and tastes. Then to teach others how to produce it at a level of quality & deliciousness.

Assets

A Master Artisan or Head Chef has to give 1% of their ownership of businesses back to the Guild of Culinary Arts. In exchange, the Guild of Culinary Arts sends students to learn hands-on in a real-world scenario. The money earned from the Guild of Culinary Arts' ownership is then reinvested back into the Head Chef's business. By doing so, it can turn a local food cart into a brick-and-mortar establishment.

History

Calante' Ve'Anon had the Guild of Culinary Arts started as she saw the importance of keeping a history of great meals and traditions that go along with them. When the great city of Sa'il Ve'anon remained hidden away, she was worried traditions would be lost from other cultures. She turned out to be correct. Many changes tradition-wise around the Continent of Renstrom happened. However, the customs regarding food and the gatherings haven't been forgotten.

Get to know the Head Chef

Ba'el Abatross left her beloved The Emerald Rose behind to settle with her human lover that ended in a massive heartbreak. She went back to her home of Sa'il Ve'anon and took over the Culinary Arts Guild. Ba'el Abatross being well-traveled of the Continent of Renstrom, was able to bring back a new cuisine for the Guild of Culinary Arts to demonstrate. She was such a great hit when she returned that the Guild of Culinary Arts gave one of their own their highest honor. They changed the name of the Guild of Culinary Arts to represent her new leadership.
