Heralds of the Apocalypse

The final seven Garou, born under the same moon, shall herald the Year of Reckoning.   According to many legends, at the end of the Year of Reckoning, the Eye of the Wyrm shall burn bright red in both the day and night skies and the Apocalypse will begin.  Perhaps the seven Garou represent the Seven Signs of the Apocalypse as told in Phoenix's Song - the difficulty of interpreting prophecy becomes even more difficult with millennia of oral tradition and the uncertain fluidity of the Umbra.  The other changing breeds have their own signs that they are looking for, vampires and mages have their own end of world prophecy/myth, and generally there is no wide agreement on what the true end of the world may look like.  Perhaps they all have kernels of truth.
