8-track of Peaceful Nullification

A powerful spirit of peace was bound to an unmarked 8-track cassette.  To activate, place the cassette in any 8-track player (power not required) and roll Charisma + Rituals (diff 6) - if successful, the activator's "favorite" (highly subjective) song plays, with or without power or speakers.  Those that hear the music roll Willpower (diff 8) every round - success allows them to act normally, failure prevents them from attacking, and botching makes them utterly enthralled with their new favorite song.  Useful for de-escalating violent situations, the song will play on loop until the activator chooses to stop.
