Ilminaris

In the center of the Faded Forest stands fabled Ilminaris, an elven city from the Feywild, Ilminaris, also known as the Tower of Dreams, was shunted to Arith almost five hundred years ago.
The grounds of Ilminaris proper are approximately trapezoidal in shape, with wide walkways meandering among the trees and Spires. Though there are a few ground buildings, making up what is known as Mederond, or the Lower City, most inhabitants live in Galderond, or the Tree City. The powerful live on the upper levels of the cities many towers, or spires, which is known as Ardenrond, or the Upper City. While outsiders may sometimes be welcomed to Galderond, very few are ever welcomed to Ardenrond.
