Prime Merlinean

Myrddin Ambrosius Wyllt/Emrys (commonly called Merlin in English) is an ancient sorcerer that lived in Camelot, Island of Albion. He was an extraordinarily powerful mystical being of King Arthur’s Court and of Camelot Royalty.
Myriddin was alive when the mystical species lived in harmony with Humankind. And it was him that Earth's Spirit of Ancient Power spoke too. The Spirit knew about Merlin's personality. Myrddin (AKA Merlin) soon knew that he would have work to do.
He was there on multiple occasions when King Arthur first took steps to shed blood and to cause fear on his way to be malevolent instead of benevolent.
Myrddin has an odd feeling after the "visiting dignitary" incident. And this also caused King Arthur to evaluate himself and what kind of king he wants to be.
As the end of Camelot nears, Merlin (along with Morgana, King Arthur and Queen Guinevere's ghost) go to a place of great power where they communed with Earth’s Mystical Spirit of Ancient Power. It was in this place that all four ask the spirit to ensure some person, in the future, kept the virtues of the Light in his heart and succeed Merlin as Supreme Sorcerer of Ancient Power. The Spirit agrees.
This oath and eventual future prophecy would have the side effect of making The Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power. This is fully due to King Arthur and Queen Guinevere's ghost on that day.
Now let’s talk the Prime Merlinean himself.
The Prime Merlinean is the last-living direct blood descendant of Merlin.
And yet he also is called by another name, The Chosen Saviour of Ancient Power. Least in the Guardians' circle. While not confirmed, it is thought to be true.
Is he a Guardian? Or just allied with them?
The Prime Merlinean is actually a Guardian as he and the others seem to have the same values and feelings as the others. His center, and therefore what kind of Guardian he is, is Belief.
It is when he comes into the world of AEP that he is limited in power. Belief has waned but each time belief rises, he gains more power (and sometimes more abilites) and AEP grows in what it can do.

For great power comes great responsibility and that is true with this. Baxter Jevon Oran Belief, the only incarnation, has powers greater than many in the community. But he constantly proves his allegiance to the community and why his full range of powers was given to him.

Appointment

When the Prophecy of Power came known, each Guardian knew that whoever made it come true was a powerful being. Maybe even a Chosen One. It turned true when Baxter came into this world.
His decision to enter a position where he would become something not known gave the Guardians a surprise when the Spirit proclaimed Baxter as Prime Merlinean, a very ancient and powerful warrior of the Light at the special coronation.

The Responsibilities

As Prime Merlinean and Guardian of Belief, his responsibilities are numerous. The first one involves him reviving the power levels to what they used to be.
When Baxter comes to be Prime Merlinean, belief is low and the Ley Lines and Mystical Monuments function at the lowest level (barely functioning). He revives the power levels and then he has to watch the amount of belief of the Ancient Earthy Power Spirit.

Duties

Merlin’s Successor has so many duties!
The first are called engagements. One such engagement is the bi-annual meetings of heads of state. The Collective Congress of Ancient Power gather after the Rulers of Childhood do.
It is the duty of Baxter to lead the Summer Solstice Ceremony. For now, he is responsible for returning some back into the Earth (Ley Lines and the Mystical Monuments) to further preserve it. To strengthen diplomatic bonds, Baxter takes diplomatic visits to other realms. He also hosts diplomatic visits.

Apparel/Clothing & Equipment

The Prime Merlinean Outfit consists of a wizarding robe of many colors that is of ancient Celtic Welsh design. His feet are covered by brown boots. This was used for official State Functions and Occasions.
The Prime Merlinean also has the Power of Earthly Magic Staff.
