People's Liberated Hindland Army

The People's Liberated Hindland Army operate in the elven woodlands to the north of Bronzewood in the nation of Hindland.
They fanatically oppose The Contingency, but are very suspicious of other resistance groups.
This organization has a fair number of disillusioned Contingency enforcers. It operates as a paramilitary resistance group.
They are tenuous allies with the Liberated Hindland People's Front. They tolerate the People of Free True Hindland.
