Princess Celeste Aliskiren (a.k.a. La Belle)
The eldest daughter of Queen Chandra and the heiress to the throne. She has been blessed by the Goddess Artemis.

General Physical Condition
Her skin, while devoid of noticeable muscle, has very little fat. She is in shape, skinny, her body and proportions almost emphasized by the magic that courses through her.
Identifying Characteristics
When in public, Celeste radiates an aura that is slightly brisk. Despite the slight drop in temperature, around her head and shoulders one can see condensed water; from snow to ice. The ice crystals float around her head in a pattern not unlike a crown.

Personal history
Queen Chandra and King Alwen had organized a great ceremony dedicated to Artemis on a holy Harvest Moon in the year 219. It is said that it was during this night that Princess Celeste was conceived and subsequently blessed by Artemis herself. She has an innate gift of the arcane and divine arts that wane and wax with the moon, though even at her weakest her magic is still formidable. She has rudimentary combat skill, as expected all the entire royal family, but her specialty, when to her siblings, is without a doubt magic.
Education
Celeste studied in the Royal Cathedral to Artemis with a tutor from the Magic Academy.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Celeste managed to attain her third star in the Magic Academy by the age of 9 and achieved her sixth by the age of 18. She is also capable of communing with the Gods to a degree that is second only to the royal High Priestess. She is considered a prodigy in magic.
