The Ruined Domain of Vacre is situated on an island off the northwestern coast of Entalitildor, and south of the Nahurian Chain. The Domain was once a thriving Elven land, that was independent from the political turmoil from Entalitildor. The elves that once lived on the island had a natural bluish-purple color to their skin, with gorgeous white, long hair. These elves were known as the Vacresian elves. It is said that within the capital of Vacre, lies the only portal to the Bordering Realm. The Vacresian elves were considered offspring of the Sun elves.
History
First Era
The island of Vacre was once an uninhabited island south of the Nahu'rian Chain. It was a wild and untamed land full of dangerous creatures. The Elves of Entailtildor reportedly knew of its existance, as it was depicted in their maps of Entailitildor and its surrounding isles. It was believed to some regard that it was the resting place of Amman, an mysterious idea of Ilal-Bilendiuer that he feared to a great degree. The idea became so real in his head that it was accidentally created. Ilal-Bilendiuer would trap Amman on the island.
It was soon colonized by the Nahu'rians shortly after their creation and was adapted into the Nahu'rian Chain. The Nahu'rians would reportedly trap and tame Amman and bring it to the City of Knaves, their capital city, where they would use the beast as a spectable in peace time and a weapon in wartime.
The island of Vacre would be sought after by the heretics after the devistating Holy Wars in Entailtildor. The heretics would fight off the Nahu'rians and claim the island as their own after the Unfaithful War. The Elves that settled the island would become known as the Vacreasian Elves, adopting their own culture and apperance. The Vacresian elves lived in peace and prosperity for more than three thousand years, only fending off minor raids from the Sand Elves to the Southeast, but several wars with the Nahu'rians to the north, yet they enjoyed plentiful trades with Entailitildor, their kin forgiving them of their past tresspasses and finding common enemies in the Sand Elves and Nahu'rians, yet the two would always remain somewhat cold with one another diplomacy-wise. The Vacresian elves erected great castles and monuments of pure white stone. All was well, until the Vacresian elves were shown the Borderling Realm by the Enan'irda. The Vacresian elves became obsessed with the mysterious realm and the powers they received from it. The Vacresian elves soon drove themselves to madness, and somehow brought the Broderling Realm partially to their island of Vacre, causing the island to fall into ruin, as the Vacresian elves were driven to madness. Their eyes became as white as their hair, and their veins became white as well. Their great castles became ruins, and their people cursed with suffering from the Borderling Realm.
