Heartfalls

Heartfalls is a Frondian town that is nestled in the southern Kenbarna Mountains. It is known for the flowing waterfall that spills into the town. It freezes during the winter and is a great attraction for tourism and skiing.

Geography and Layout

History

Heartfalls was founded in 4975 2E as a colony of Kingdom Dvery. It began as a quiet hamlet nestled in the Southern Kenbarna Mountains, after a huge and drastic waterfall was discovered. The town itself is rumored to have started when two lovers, Klen and Annah, a Roncrian and a Frondian, ran away from home to be with each other and came across the waterfall.
The families of both would come together to come and collect their children, as well as the potential to fight the other side, but the children convinced their families to make peace and let them marry. The two families would agree, and also begin to settle, creating the settlement of Heartfalls. The legend of Klen and Annah would spread and the figures would become types of mythical figures in the town devoted to love, and statues would be raised in their honor in the town center.
