International Hyperweb Server Administration

International Hyperweb Server Administration, often abbreviated to IHSA is the successor of IANA (Internet Assigned Number Authority)

Responsibility

IHSA manages the distribution and registration of:

  1. top level domains (TLDs)
  2. generic, e.g. .com, .qubes,
  3. country-code, e.g. .pl, .fr, .uk, etc.
  4. special, e.g. .int, .arpa.
  • numbers:
  • IPv4 (32-bit convention, dot-separated 4 octets), e.g. 112.3.58.13,
  • IPv6 (128-bit convention, colon-separated numbers in hexadecimal notation), e.g. 2001:0db8:582:ae33::29
  • IPv4ar (192-bit or 24-cbit, dot-separated numbers in octal notation), e.g. 171.532.113.640.45.2.1.0
  • protocols:
  • maintenance and record
  •

    Augmented Reality protocols

It is also responsible for designation of Augmented Reality levels (layers) and sublevels (sublayers), under the Augmented Reality Hyperweb Transfer Protocol (often referred to as ARchetype and abbreviated to ARHTP). Starting 2035 97% of the traffic has migrated to the ARHTP, incuding parts of the Deep Web connected to relay. It is worth noting, since up to this day no exit nodes.

    Root key signing ceremony

IHSA is important for maintaining the system safe and well organized. Interestingly after the redistribution of the servers and the slight but significant increase in cryptooficers' numbers, the root key signing ceremony takes place at least once every 3 months. The key signing ceremony is transmitted for transparency as a public event and a selected group of individuals can even witness it firsthand.

"Five people met after passing through several layers of security like in the old action movies from the early 2000s. Leaving every piece of electronic and being transparent to the world. The chairperson would have the same bulletpoint checklist as me and along with the entire world one could follow the procedure for signing the keys to the hyperweb. There was something magical in the whole setting. I could see and hear everything, yet the secret remained hidden."
    — Zuzka reminiscing her childhood days

    Fun facts

Many cyphernerds, including Zuzka, one of the main characters have been watching the root key signing ceremony ever since they were just a little kid as It seemed magical and extremely organized at that time.

Nice article. I really like how the article feels like it was written within the world, for people inside of it.

Check out Natural Magic : a coming of age fantasy novel, because life is hard enough when you're fourteen, even without saving the world. Or listen to it in podcast form .
