Barreltrin
This large, coastal city spreads across the coast of eastern Ebenen. Due to the landscape around them, citizens often use bits of coral from the local seabed to decorate their buildings, as most of their buildings are made of stone and mortar. Among the nations in Witren, Barreltrin holds one of the largest naval fleets, sporting roughly 125 ships. Besides the military-class ships, they’re also the world's largest exporter of fish, due to the Viridescent Sea beside them.
Ever-expanding, this city currently has 3 wards, and 2 growing districts, with a third one in the works.. he three wards are as follows - Naval Ward, Flag Ward, and the Capital Ward. The three districts on the outskirts of the main city are known as the Painter’s District, Traveler’s Respite, and the one under construction, Sea-Shanty Cove.

Districts
Naval Ward: Sporting Barreltrin’s Navy, this ward is one of the many port hubs throughout Barreltrin, hosting historical events often to show off the city's naval pride. Fishermen and Women of all kinds in Ebenen come here for the local fishing spots.
Flag Ward: The flag ward is an extension of the Naval Ward, where military brass dictate garrisons, troops, and future war efforts. Currently, this ward is focused on the continuing deflection against Hidel.
Capital Ward: The public forum, administrative district, and voting ward for the presidential council of Barreltrin. Mayor’s for individual ward’s and districts are voted in here as well, being the primary hub of politics for Barreltrin. The capital ward is often used for most of Barrreltrin’s public events, and as such, hosts a large stage near the forums.
Painter’s District: Artists, Pottery makers, and Jewelers make their homes in the painters district, often selling their wares to residents, or even collaborating on grand statues for the presidency and their council. Commission work is often exported from this district.
Traveler’s Respite: Home to the many inn’s and marketplaces of barreltrin, this district prides itself on making guests feel comfortable.
Sea-Shanty Cove: This cove hosts mercenaries from the local pirate lords, in an effort to make piracy legal, as long as the pirates here protect Barreltrin from other pirates. Not often visited by regular citizens of Barreltrin.
