Purpose / Function
Orignally built as an observatory, the Tower started out as a place of solitary reflection for Paimon before he was convinced by Hecate to offer sanctuary to other Mages and Kine. With more and more scholars seeking safety within his walls Paimon ensorcered the Tower so it would become an ever growing library and home for the learned.
