Owns Terry's Udon. "Rents" a room to Udon. Restaurant and apartment are in Sam Blackwell's building.
Terry was kidnapped by Felix the Cat and held in his home under some sort of spell for two weeks. It seemed normal to Terry at the time, but once he left the home, he forgot everything. Felix was trying to figure out why so much supernatural stuff was happening around Terry. But Felix skipped town and no one has looked into it any further.
