Felix was first met sniffing around Terry's Udon shop. He asked Sam Blackwell questions about the wolf break-in. He was later seen asking Terry some questions inside the restaurant. Sam knows Felix wants artifacts or information leading to artifacts. Udon also figured out that Felix had become very interested in Terry.
Later, Felix actually kidnapped Terry and kept him enchanted and locked in Felix's home for almost two weeks. Udon managed to track them down and rescue Terry, but Felix was nowhere to be found. According to Lillian Kemps, Felix's former girlfriend, they broke up and Felix left town after meeting with some "shady guys" and saying he'd hit "Gravy town." Felix hasn't been seen since.
