Fielding Shredder

Fielding Shredder is a member of the Dark Nine and works at the Bell Museum. Talbot Marlot scried on him and learned that he was collecting objects for some sort of ritual. He has an old key and a pendant. He seems to still need a staff, a ring, and possibly Terry.
