L'hamvring
L'hamvring (Lamfring) is a small riverside hamlet situated about four leagues west of Bogenhafen.
L'hamvring grew up around the road that leads to a pass through the mountains. They rear sheep and goats in the more fertile grassland around the hamlet and catch fish in the nearby river Bogen.
The settlement sits opposite another small hamlet called Reimkel which sits on the opposite bank of the river suggesting that there ought to be some means of crossing the river at this point but there is no obvious ford, bridge or ferry and the means of crossing the river remains a mystery.
The settlement has a population of about about forty people, who live a somewhat a squalid existence.
