The Barony of Ostervorbergland sits on the Imperial Highway between Bogenhafen and Ubersreik. The River Tahme flows through the region which extends from the Duchy of Jettenstein in the east to the infamous Duchy of Drachenberg in the west.

It is ruled by Baron Gebahard II of House Ostervorbergland.   Major taxes are collected in Oelburg from river boats going down the Tahme. These have increased considerably due to the increased traffic created by the new canal system. But have been badly affected by the disruption caused by the annexation of the city of Ubersreik.
The Barony's major export market is the sale of food and wine to the neighbouring Reikland provinces of Tahme, Jettenstein, and Altdorf.   Baron Gebahard remains on good terms with Tahme and the Trott’s given their history as part of Mittlevorbergland and the Baron tries to remain neutral in the conflict over the city of Ubersreik whilst still allowing the mercenaries of Trott's Maurauders unrestricted access across his land and turning a blind eye to the secret trade of goods down the River Tahme from the Jungfreud held enclaves around Ubersreik.
