Cathayan

The Cathayan language is the language spoken by the Cathayan people.  A few Old World humans that trade with the Orient occasionally make it a point to learn the Cathayan tongue but not many.
By an astonishing coincidence, the Cathayan language spoken in Westhammer is near identical to real world Cantonese with a bit of 19th century colloquialisms thrown in.
