Classes

Classes are real things in this world. things that anyone can have, take, or if you have the appropriate class you can even create new ones. 
 Everyone (NPC, player, monster) may take their first class from the PHB with no strings attached. As they live life however they may acquire hidden classes or even gifted classes. These have quests attached that they have to keep up on or they may inflict penalties or even lose the class. 
 Each time a creature gains a level they may put it into any class they currently have or are qualified for. However, if a class quest is complete and says they earned an extra level then that level is exclusively for the class the quest was a part of.
